Yes, you are reading that correctly, the oil warning signs are officially being removed from our beaches here in Northwest Florida.  As a local business we couldn’t be more excited for what this action represents for the future of Okaloosa and Walton county’s environmental and economic future.  As the Health Department determined that the beaches are already safe enough to remove official warnings we along with out local community and military personnel breathed a sigh of relief as we look ahead to the quick recovery of the Emerald Coast.

Oh, and by the way, if you still have time to get out to our beaches this summer then GET OUT HERE!  There is nothing like the warm, clear emerald green waters and white-poweder-sandy beaches than on Okaloosa Island and Destin.
